Required information on Internationalization and Localization please...	Can't Post

Hi All,

Please give me a good information about PERL localization and Internationalization. I am about to implement this feature in my project. I need quick help in this regard. I expect a good ideas of implementation. If anyone has already existing example implementations , can share with me.
