detecting windows power state events Can't Post

Not sure if there's a straight forward (or twisted) way to do this in perl... How can I detect a change in power state on a Windows XP/NT box? I'm specifically want to see when a box goes into and comes back from Standby. Thanks.

I have no idea, all I can suggest is search through the Win32 class of modules or ask on www.perlmonks.com
