please help! perl compiler for nt? Can't Post

Hi,

I'm trying to use a perl script as a shell for people who log on to my ssh server on NT4. I've therefore got a line in my /etc/passwd file that looks something like:

username:password:number:number:dir:/perl/bin/perl.exe /perl/bin/myperlfile.pl

but it doesn't like it! Does anyone know if I can compile myperlfile.pl into an exe file because I think it will run that with no problem? Alternatively if you know what's wrong with my passwd file.....

Any help REALLY appretiated,

Gus
