perl_novice New User May 9, 2008, 7:49 AM Post #1 of 2 (3001 views) Perl version to access Fame Database Can't Post Currently i have perl 5.8.4 version on sun solaris machine.I need to access Fame database.Any one tell me from which version of perl, starts providing appropriate function to access and retrieve data from Fame database . Thanks

Perl does not provide internal support for too many databases. I located this module on CPAN : http://search.cpan.org/~trias/fameperl-2.1.3/Fame.pod If that is what you need you will have to install the module. You can also ask on www.perlmonks.com and see if someone there has some experience with that database or the module. -------------------------------------------------
