Will trade ? for code Can't Post

I am wanting a small script written but cannot for the life of me work out how to do it. I can modify most programs but cannot find anything even close to start changing.

I need to know how I can have a static web page load a cgi script that "sleeps" I want the script to wait 10 minutes and then load a url into the browser.

I have tried ssi but the print "Location: line simply prints the url. No idea why :(
Using the <img src="script" width=0 height=0> will only return a broken image.

This little script is probably very simple but I would be willing to make any arrangments for compensation to the person who gets this working for me. It is quite urgent

You mean redirect in 10 min. when the page loads? Just use a meta refresh if that's the case.

<meta http-equiv="Refresh" content="600; URL=http://www.site.com/">

600 seconds that is,

I wish it was that easy. The object however is open a url 10 minutes after they have left the site. Perhaps the same theory as an exit console and the javascript onunload feature.

It is unlikely that the surfer will eve be on my site when the 10 minutes expire. Sorry for my neglect in mentioning this before

You could just have a small window open onunload that go's behind the open window wait 600 seconds then open another window, this is more of a JavaScript thing then Perl if you went to a JavaScript forum you would get it faster, it's gota be a way to cache it to load like that but if there is the warez sites would use it.
I think things like this are very intrusive and will keep people away from your site more then bring them to it, because this is a warez type tactic, check out some warez sites and see some of the code they use.
