IE and NS problem Can't Post

Ok I am trying to get my perl/cgi script to read from a database and then write it to the browser.. so what I did was used a print command to make the header of the page then used a foreach command to write a peace of code to format the DB info so I wouldnt have to type all the same code with different info by hand.. Internet Explorer will display it fine but NS just shows the info from the database.. whats wrong?
