How to get a file from a site with username/password Can't Post

I have a name/password for the site, so that's not the issue. :D

However, I don't know enough about LWP to be able to get it to give the name/pass.

Generally speaking:
http://username:password@www.website.com/file.zip

You can also add some other stuff:
ftp://username:password@ftp.server.com:21/.hidden_dir/incoming/file.zip
...."21" is a port number for FTP. HTTP usually uses ports 80 and 81 i think.

Just point your LWP to this URL, and it should work.
