Wrapping/Binding Can't Post

How do you wrap or bind something. Like wrapping a game engine with Perl. Examples of some these things are like
Python and Ogre
Irrlicht and LUA (Irrlua)
This is so you can use the game Engine with that scripting language

I don't understand your question. If you want perl to execute another program there are a number of ways to go about it depending on your specific requirements.
