Oracle Password having special characters

Oracle Password having special characters Can't Post

Hi

I have an oracle password that can have special characters but when i pass it in the DBI for connecting to database it shows invalid username / password

The password that i have tried is having the special character $ but there can be anything

Any help in this regard would be much appreciated

There are two ways:
1. Use single quotes for password (like: 'password').
2. Add backslash befor $ (like: "pass\$word").

It should help you. If not, write and we'll find another workaround Wink
