Win2K is not Y2K Smile.

Seriously though, the ActiveState Perl should work fine with Win2K and IIS 5. If I recall correctly though, getting Perl to work on IIS4 (I do not have IIS 5) is going to be a little tricky for the IIS novice.

My friend just got windows2000 and he installed PERL on it and it works just fine.
