Perl cgi script is picking old values on pupup_form after refresh Can't Post

I have a cgi script and I have used popup_menu to create drop down list. Now everything works great utill I refresh my page. After the page refresh on browser the form still picks up the old values, now if I close the browser and execute the cgi script its fine but not after page refresh.

Now is there an easy way by which I can have my old values refresh/reload after I do end_form()
