Recomended approach of using Perl(client-side) webservice call in Solaris	Can't Post

I am learning Perl client side webservice call in windows environment now. The goal is to make such(Perl client-side) webservice call in Solaris environment.

Will you please give some advice or share such experience regarding the best approach and Prerequisites of making Perl client-side webservice call in Solaris.

Well, since you haven't shown us any of your code, we won't be able to say how it would need to be changed, other than to say that you'd need to change any OS dependent code.

Are you doing any type of system calls?

Thank you FishMonger,

Only thing I have been known is:
- Perl 5.3
- Solaris 2.8 (Sun 5.8)
- Web Server (Appache don't know exact version)

Perl client-side webservice call code still to be written - still not decided to use (SOAP::LITE or SOAP::WSDL or other library ...). I don't even know what other options are there using Perl.

For now, I am interested with this information as a part of research study of implementing perl client side webservice call.

Any direction of link(s) or documentation will be very helpful.
