How many of you out there are studying or work in the field of bioinformatics?

Re: [bnfo_equestrian] Bioinformatics [In reply to] Can't Post

I am not studying bioinformatics, but if you will be using perl then BioPerl has been written for that purpose among other things I am sure.

Please post your problem.

For many common bioinformatics tasks you do not need Bioperl at all

but yes you can't survive for long without Bioperl in Bioinformatics.
-For all my suggestions " I am sure someone else can do it in a better or elegant manner!"
