Requesting HTTP inside perl Can't Post

I have two web servers that are running on two different computers that are connected together, but only one that has interface with the internet!

What I really want to do, when entering the first server, is to request a perl script to be executed on the other server, and get what is printed back.

assuming that the second server's address is:
http://192.168.10.2:8080/cgi-bin/example.pl

how can I load this address from the main server, and post the response back?

Never done anything like this. I have only done simular things with just executing the remote script via ssh, or having a socket connection.
For doing it via http, it might be an ide to look at:
http://search.cpan.org/~gaas/libwww-perl-5.830/lib/HTTP/Request.pm
or
http://search.cpan.org/~gaas/libwww-perl-5.830/lib/HTTP/Request/Common.pm
