timeout in Net::SSH Can't Post

In the Net::Ssh::Perl module

when we issue the command using $ssh->cmd($cmd) , is there any easy way to configure timeout for the command to execute.?

Net::SSH::Perl does not yet have the SSH ConnectTimeout feature. I am not sure about the current updates. You can check in CPAN website ( http://search.cpan.org).

If you want to use this function I would suggest to use Net:SSH2.

This isn't actually about connection timeout.

This is about the time u wish to wait for the command on the remote host to execute
