open URL with perl	Can't Post

i want to write a program that opens URL, clicks/opens something and then saves up the opened file as txt... how do i do that ... ?!!

for example:

1st --- it opens up http://www.google.ca/search?hl=en&q=dictionary&meta=

2nd --- it clicks (or opens up) the first hit "Homepage | Dictionary.com"

3rd --- it saves everything in http://dictionary.reference.com/ as .txt file

The place to start is probably WWW::Mechanize
