I can't use this library because I don't have my own server.
is there other way to do that.

You can install the perl module localy and just make sure to put a use command in the beginning of your scipt to declare the path that your locally installed modules are in. You can then install as many modules as you like. Just make sure to make modifications to you makefile once you've compiled the make.pl file.
