Timer Problems (Windows) Can't Post

Ok, I have been trying to make a time for who knows how long...

I have Created a Prel Program that connects to an online Game and Replys to commands Etc.

Now, I wanted to make a timer for this program, Every 60seconds the time will go off and then Restart... When it hits 60, It should send a command to the game...

I tryed to do this with the "SLEEP" command, But it Freezes the rest of the program when it is ticking...

Can anyone Help me on this?

-Thanks, Kao Atlantis
