building HTML page Can't Post

I am trying to build an HTML page base on existing data.

I don't want to programatically build all the tags.

Is there a perl library that allows me to construct a object and then print a object as HTML?

Oh, pray tell, what does "printing an object as html mean"?

The object will insert HTML tags to my input data and spit out proper HTML code.
