search for a string and replace with multiple lines Can't Post

Hi:

I have a following problem to design.

My search String in a text containing many lines is

ABCD_3000:SomeText

My Replace string is a multiple lines as below.... how to implement this ?

3.00.1.0.1

03/10/2010 XYZ Person

None - Change reason

Don't worry: For the replacement string in s///, it is OK to contain \n.
