PAR - Perl Archiving Toolkit Troubles Can't Post

Hello everyone. I am new here but have been programming in perl for a few years now. I did a quick search but didn't find much. I hope I'm posting this question in the correct forum. Anyway my problem is this, I wrote a perl script and module that I would like to distribute to some poeple at work and I don't want everyone to have to install the perl executable and required libraries. So, I am attempting to use PAR to compile it into an executable. I used the ppm to install PAR and all it's required dependent modules (at least I think I did) but I still can't get it to work. I am using Windows XP Proffesional OS with SP2 installed and version 5.10.1.1007 of perl. Below you can see the command line entry and arguments that I'm trying to use and then the error message I'm getting from it. I'd be very appreciative if anyone knows what I'm doing wrong or has any ideas about what I need to do to fix my problem. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.
