What way is it done in industry? Can't Post

Hey all,

I've been wondering how Perl is used in industry today when talking about web pages.

If you are creating a web page for yourself, your company, a client and you are using Perl do you create the entire site using only Perl commands or do you create the web site in HTML and embed Perl.

I'm a beginner at Perl and I want to know is it better to create pages using only perl commands or is it better to create HTML using editors e.g. Dreamweaver and then embedding Perl commands into the HTML.

While I know the easy answer is "its better to know both ways", I'm just wondering how its done commercially.

Thanks for you opinions,
