install Crypt::SSLary Can't Post

I am having trouble installing the SSLeay module on windows: any help would be greatly appreciated

Window vista 32 bit (home premium) sp2
8 gm memory
Intel core Extreme 2x (4 virtual) CPU Q9300 @ 2.53 GHz

step to recreate the error:

Set up gcc environment - 4.5.2
Only one OpenSSL installation found at c:\openssl
Consider running 'perl Makefile.PL --default' the next
time Crypt::SSLeay is upgraded to select this directory
automatically thereby avoiding the following prompt.
Which SSL install path do you want to use? [c:\openssl]
Assuming MingW
