Reload an HTML file into a frame Can't Post

Hi,
I have 3 frames. Frame1 is a banner,
and from frame2 I run a Perl script which
writes data to a text file (file1.htm).

My question is:

What should I add to my Perl code
so I can load/reload file1.htm into
frame3 everytime I run the script from
frame2?

Thanks,

Dvip

Call another perl script from frame 3 that looks for the file.
