Perl Database Can't Post

Does anyone know of a perl database search script that allows you to extract the values from the subdatasheets of Microsoft Access or of ANY web application that allows you to do this. I am also in search of a perl script that allows you to import .mdb files instead of using CSV files. In desperate need!!!

You will want to look at the DBI module.
You will also need the corresponding DBD::<database> module
ala DBD::Oracle, etc. CSV file access is available with these modules as well as SQL systems.
