write input to process Can't Post

Hello,

its possible writing inputs for program until process is running ?

For example "perl.exe" program with argument "-d" - for debug.

Perl waiting for some command - its possible define input command before perl (with -d arg) is executed ?

Thanks

I don't quite understand what is an "input command". Do you mean: You would like to execute code before the debugger takes over control? Maybe you can give an example of what you want to achieve.

With other words, you want to control the Perl Debugger by a separate process? I.e. have a separate process, which sends commands to the Perl Debugger?

I have never tried this, but I think you need to set up a (virtual) tty for this, and configure the TTY option of the debugger accordingly.

If this is not helpful for you, maybe you should re-post your question
with a more accurate subject, for instance "How to control the Perl debugger by a different process".
