Is there a tool to list the structure of scripts Can't Post

Hi I just get a whole package that I have to debug, fix and do some change,

I dressed the list of all files and found : 29 CGI files, 331 .pl files and 57 .pm files

What I would like to archive is to get all subroutines and where they are used

so I i add parameters for example in a subroutine I know what other scripts have to be changed.

What Im looking is something who can scan a specific folder then list all scripts, their subroutines, and where they are used

Is there a tool who do this?
