Using somename.cgi?Title=this+title&filename=file for pages? Can't Post

I am trying to figure out how to have it so if I were to tell a user to go to programname.cgi?Title=title+for+page&Filename=file that it would then create the page like:

title for page

file should be playing in the background. if you want to download it click on file.mid to download it.

Right now I have to create a seperate page for each MIDI file. I wanted it so that I could just change the link and have the page be automatically generated. I have been looking around, but can't find it. and all I know about .cgi is the basic format of .cgi and the print command, a little bit.

Sounds like you could use a gallery manager program. There's quite a few listed at http://www.perlarchive.com/guide/Multimedia_Management/Gallery_Maintenance/ Most of those programs dynamically create pages for the sample, then offer download links.

Good luck!
