Display Dialog Box Can't Post
How do you display the Open and Save file dialog boxes from a Web page? (Those dialog boxes that display drive, directory, and file lists.)

That sounds like a javascript function, if one exists for the "File, Save As". You may wish to check a javascript site, such as http://www.javascripts.com/ to see if anything like that has already been made.
