This emailer lists the time they called, TechName, UserID, etc.. The email then sends them to a URL to fill out a form for Quality Assurance purposes. I'm would to be able to have the Form AutoPopulate with such things as UserID, Name, TechName, Length of Call etc... Thank you

That is, you can give them a url like: http://yourdomain.com/qa.cgi?uid=1&name=their%20name&length=20 etc. The query string basically is everything after the ? in the url. A tutorial on using the query string is in this month's issue of our learning center at http://tlc.perlarchive.com/0004/02.shtml
