Users can sign up for free email... Can't Post

I'm trying to find a script that allows users to sign up for a free email account, and have their account automatically created. I've already got a copy of Endymion Mailman for actually viewing/sending mail. Now I just need something that lets users sign up for an account. If it matters, the actual email "server" program is called QMail, and I'm running on an Apache server (1.3.9, I think is the version, though I could be wrong). Thanks in advance!

Heh. I just noticed that this site itself has one of those Free Email things. So do you run it through a CGI script? Or do I need to do something else to get one of those?
