Link web page to a compiler Can't Post

I need to have a button which will take information from the user(i.e. the program typed in by the user in a text area) and then compile the program and send it back to the user.
I assume that the perl script would need to link it to the C++ compiler on my computer. So, can you please send me this kind of perl script that will do the job?

Not a very good thing to do as you would have to do it by a system call and that leaves things wide open on your system for a hacker. My suggestion would be to just have them upload the files to a directory and place an order to have it compiled. Then you can compile it and let them download it. Makes for more work but is a hell of a lot more secure then giving an ambitious hacker a chance to run system commands on your server.
