Compare two text files Can't Post

Hi All..I m new to Perl..Can anyone tell me if there is a script available for comparing two text files?? I m working on a project which requires to generate a report of Added, Modified and Deleted lines between two text files. just like the utility available in WinMerge or Notepad++ editors. If anyone has such script then plz post it or give me idea how to perform such complex process. The two file contains following type of data :
File1 : File2 :
d11 = 25 d11 = 25
d15 = 25 d15 = 25
d16 = 50 d16 = 50
d17 = 10 Dia d17 = 10 Dia
d19 = 25 d19 = 30 (Modified)
d20 = 10 d20 = 12 (Modified)
d23 = 34(Deleted) d21 = 98 (Added)
