looking for that special ping script	Can't Post

I bin looking here and found a few programs that would do the trick but since i cannot program in perl i cannot not modify these scripts .
The general idea was to have a webpage where visitors could ping an allready specified IP adress. (ok ppl could download a ping proggy but new commers at the web have no idea what an ip adress is :\ )
the results wouldbe explained.
I made a quick basic example to view http://www.the-group.org/dev/example.html

If someone could help me out on where to look for such a script or knows someone who could create such a script i wouldbe greatfull.

or another idea would be like a search engine effect .
it pings about 8 different servers and shows the top 3 fastest servers.
That wouldbe great also .
