Group Purchasing Script

I am looking for a script to do group purchasing or buying groups. Basically, an item would be put up for sale with levels of discount depending upon the number of items sold. People interested in purchasing the item would fill out a form and indicate how many they wish to purchase with their email address, etc. Then, when the preset time for the group purchase to close arrives, providing at least the first discount level was reached, an email is sent to all those who signed up directing them how to purchase the items and giving them a pre-determined group purchase 'code' which they will need to present to the merchant.
