A virtual page generator Can't Post

I'm in need of a script that generates virtual pages. I see it working this way:

the script will get an html template full of tokens, then, by a call, it'll get a file with the specified tokens and merge than.

Something like: reviews.cgi?article=bones

The script will get the reviews.html template, than go to the directory bones where's a text file with various tokens (author, text, references, graphics...) and finally merge the html with the tokens.

Anyone knows some script that do it? =)
