Looking for a form script with html results Can't Post

Hi,
I am looking for a form script that will send the results to html format instead of raw text. Any help with locating such a script or a good reference on creating html results from a form script would be GREATLY appreciated.

Well, since perl is about handling text, anyone can write a script that does this. Can you provide more detail?

Are you trying to read in a text file and output an html equivalent document?

What I want is a standard form with certian questions, some including radio buttons. Once the form is filled out and sent the recipients will recieve the info as a printable html page. I also want to set it up so that there is a list of recipients for the form to be sent to. So once the form is filled in it could be sent to management only, production dept., or all users on an email list.

Thanks
