Can't Post

First off, I can't really afford to hire anyone, so I'm not asking anyone to make it unless they're very kind and just want the credit (I can do that). If I can figure out to write it myself, I would, but the tutorials I've seen so far only ahow me how to write a guestbook. hur What I'm looking for is a script that will generate a code used in many webring services. The user would input their name, email, and site id into a form that will take them to another page. From there they are given a choice of which code effect they would like (more than once) and just hit the submit button underneath their choice. Their code would then but produced in a text box so all they'd have to do is cut and paste. Is this possible? Anyplace where someone can perhaps try and build it themselves?
