I need a program for link management (redirect)	Can't Post

I have a web site and there are a lot of links. It's very hard to manage these links. So I am looking for a program that can manage a lot of links easily, just like jump.cgi used in this site: http://www.perlarchive.com/guide/

However, I can't find it. The only one I found is redirect.cgi in "link managers". However, I think it can not handle a lot of links. Anyone can tell me where I can get this kind of software?
