Need a news script with separate headlines

I am in need of a "news/what's new" script that displays only the headlines in one part of the page, with links to the anchored news item somewhere else on the page. Like, at the very top of the page, is a list of the top five latest headlines, and you click one of those headlines to be taken further down the page to that news story. This can be seen on the homepage of www.diabloii.net, in the Headlines section. But I don't know what script that site uses, and the webmasters won't tell me. So I ask you all, if you know of the script that does this. Thanks in advance!
