Assuming its not streamed from a Windows Media Server (ie, mms://), download the .asx, parse out the appropiate <REF HREF=""> tags, and download the harvested .asf's. If it is streamed by WMS: it's still possible ( you have to download it to play after all :-), but not knowing anything about the mms protocol, I couldn't say how easy or difficult it'd be to do.
