Ann,
I went to your site to see if i could help, but all i got was the addr.com main page. I know your problems ( i used addr for a real brief period also). without looking at the script and not really knowing the errors or anything else, i suggest maybe taking a new copy out of the box, and reinstalling it into your account, if you have a new site with not alot of additions. (after removing the old copy).
