CGI error Can't Post

I have just installed the ActivePerl package for Win NT. My web server is IIS 4.0. When I run my perl
script (.pl) on Dos prompt, the script is run successfully. However, when I submit an HTML form,I receive
an error similar to the following:

CGI Error

The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers. The
headers it did return are:
Can't open perl script
"c:\inetsrv\wwwroot\scripts\test.pl":
No such file or directory

What is my problem?

I am getting very fustrated.

Many thanks,
Frances
