Form with Attachment	Can't Post

I am looking for a script to email me form results with an option for the user to attach a file.

Please let me know if you need more info. Something like FormMail but with the ability for the user to attach a file from his computer.

I may have an idea, but I will need some more detail on this. Like how are you getting the form results? Is this User invoked? Or are you looking for something along the lines of a File upload, but sends to email instead of the server?

This would be user invoked. This is what I need it for. I would like the user that fills out the form to be able to attach a file. In turn the form would then be sent to me via Email with the file attached.
