Competitive Ladder	Can't Post

Hi
I was wondering if you know of any cgi ladder that will allow people to sign up for the ladder and they get instantly added to the members list. And where they can submit a picture that is givin a certain value so when it is aproved they get so many points for it. To get it approved i would need some sort of administrative panel that lets me view the pic and the info that was sent with it. I appreciate all the help i can get. This address just gives a 404 file not found error. You can email me with the details if you want, and I'll have a look into it.

Oh well. I have waited long enough so i just went out learned how to do this stuff fairly well and made the script myself. SO.... i don't need any help anymore thanks :)
