MySQL Can't Post

Being new to PERL and MySQL, i was wondering how one goes about creating a MySQL database with perl? Also, would MySQL be prefered over text/delimited data bases?

Re: MySQL [In reply to] Can't Post

I *think* you use ` to run a program on the the server.

Like:
`Mysql Commands`
I do know some mysql, but that's in Php3.

The advantage of mysql is that it is faster. I personally prefer flat files since you don't have to worry about database incompatability. And the flat files(for me anyway) is fast enough.
