Perl CGI Can't Post

Hello

I want to use cgi script on my iis7 server (windows server 2008 x64). The role cgi is installed but I cann't start any cgi page on the server. The web browser is showing :
HTTP Error 404.3 - Not Found
The page you are requesting cannot be served because of the extension configuration. If the page is a script, add a handler. If the file should be downloaded, add a MIME map.

Please help. How could I solve this problem?
