how to set a checkbox "unchecked" in cgi.pm Can't Post

from online, you can set a checkbox in checked mode using

Using CGI.pm:
$q->checkbox (-name => "somename",
-value => "somevalue",
-checked => "CHECKED",
-label => "label");

now if i want to set it to unchecked mode, what should i change in this line,
-checked => "CHECKED",
