I need to know is there any IDE available for the Perl Programming ?

Yes, there are a number of IDE's for Perl. Did you check perl's FAQ pages?

I like Komodo from Activestate.com

Komodo Edit (Free version)
Sublime Text 2 (free for personal use)
Padre (written in perl for perl)
Textpad++ (is free or has a free version)


are a few off the top of my head.....
