Refresh in CGI page Can't Post

Hi every1
i am displaying a CGI page in a HTML page using frames.I check for a value it is not set i will goto one page and will comeback to the same frame after all operations..when i comeback to the same page again it has to refresh.. automatically. How to refresh a frame or a cgi page?

Place this HTML code inside your CGI output:

<meta http-equiv=refresh content=300>


300 is in seconds. So if you need the page to refresh in 5 seconds, then change it to:

<meta http-equiv=refresh content=5>
